We do not have on-site parking, due to our super central location. We recommend that guests use one of the two close by secure paid-for parking. Either ParkBee Central Liverpool or Parr Street car park. Here are some videos on how to get to the suites from either car park.
How do I check in?

Check in as the Seven Suites i completely automated, there is a keypad on the main door that will get you access to the building, and each suite has its own smart lock on the door. You will have your own code created for the duration of your stay that will be sent to you before your arrival. What is a Serviced Apartment?

A serviced apartment is different from your average hotel room. It’s fully furnished accommodation complete with home-like facilities and a number of services that you’d find in the best hotels. Serviced apartments are essentially homes away from home.
Where are you located?

The Seven Suites are idyllically located at the top of Liverpool's prestigious Bold Street, boasting stunning views of St. Luke's Bombed-out church. We are under a 10-minute walk from Liverpool Central Station and less than a 5-minute walk from multiple secure car parks (such as Parr Street car park).
How many people can you accommodate?

Our Seven Suites are made up of; 3 x 2 bedroom apartments with kingsize double beds 1x 1.5 bedroom apartment with a kingsize double bed and a single bed 3 x 1 bedroom apartments with kingsize double beds Therefore, we can host up to 21 people across all of our suites. Individually, the most in one unit is 4 and the least is 2.

What is your pricing structure?

We have different suites that cater to different requirements and group sizes, so your best bet would be to get in touch with our team and we can discuss a price based on the length of your stay. Included in our flat monthly fee are; all bills and biweekly cleans/linen swaps so you can rest easy knowing there are no hidden extra costs. Prices start from £1850 per calendar month.
